The following are just a few pics of the different species of birds that visited our feeders during the Great Backyard Bird Count sponsored by Cornell's Lab of Ornithology.
Additionally, in the past 3 days we have also spotted Red-Headed, Hairy, and the large Pileated Woodpeckers, Yellow bellied Sapsuckers, Northern Flickers, White Breasted Nuthatches, Carolina Wrens, Cedar Waxwings, House Finches, Red-tailed Hawks, Grackles, and Crows in the trees of our garden.

Blue Jay (Cyanocitta cristata)
Inca Dove (Columbina inca)
Mourning Dove (Zenaida macroura)
Eastern Bluebird (Sialia sialis)
Chipping Sparrow (Spizella passerina)
And last, but not least is Harriet, an injured Black Vulture that has taken up residence in our backyard for the past month! Will be posting more about her in the future.
